April 02, 2024 - Havant Passion Play   
The Havant Passion Play was performed four times on Easter Saturday and Sunday. The play was a most moving portrayal of the life of Christ, and  attracted a lot of attention in the town centre. Two of our members performed in the play, and contributed to the organisation. Our hall was used as a changing room for the actors. 


March 31, 2024 - Easter Day 
Rev'd David Williams led our Eater Day worship. We were pleased to receive 6 new members into membership of this church. 

March 17, 2024 - Quiz evening
A successful Quiz evening, with fish and chips, was held on Saturday 16th March. Over £150 was raised in support of Mission Aviation Fellowship, our church project for the year. 

February 26, 2024 - World day of Prayer    
The local World Day of Prayer service will be held in our church on Friday March 01 at 14:00. 

February 26, 2024 - Lent 
We have now entered the season of Lent. We have bible studies on a Thursday evening, looking at the current lectionary readings. We are collecting tins and dried goods in aid of the Beacon Food Bank during Lent.  

January 28, 2024 - Church project    
Our church project for 2024 is in support of Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF). MAF is the world's largest humanitarian air operator. For over 75 years they have been flying light aircraft over jungles, mountains, swamps and deserts. The introduction to the project will be on Sunday February 04, after the morning service. 

January 09, 2024 - Havant Passion Play   
We are looking forward to the Havant Passion Play to be performed in the centre of Havant this coming Easter. There will be a buzz of activity at church as our premises are being used as changing rooms and storage centre for the play.  

December 31, 2023 - Church Project  
The final total for our project of 2023 is £1,450 donated to 'Second Chance' - a splendid effort. 

December 24, 2023 - Carol Services   
We held two carol services, one at Waterside on December 17 and one at Havant on Christmas Eve. Thanks to those involved with preparing these services, especially the choir and soloists. We were able to welcome several visitors. 

December 09, 2023 - Baroque Choir Concert  

A local choir held a concert in the Havant church. Several church members attended and enjoyed the concert. 

November 12, 2023 - Remembrance Sunday 
Our Remembrance Day service was held, with some members joining the service after attending the service at the Havant cenotaph. There was a display of poppies, made from recycled plastic bottles, produced by the Beavers and Cubs. The poppies represent remembrance and peace. 

October 8, 2023 - AGM

Our AGM was held after the morning service. Reports were received from church committees and groups. Three members were elected to the eldership for a period of 3 years. 

April 15, 2023 - Plonk and Pate 
A Plonk and Pate social evening to raise funds for our project, 'Second Chance'. This was most successful. 

April 6, 2023 - Maundy Thursday Tenebrae service 
A silent Holy Communion service was led by Rev'd Stephen Thornton. Many of us found this a most helpful service, encouraging 'out of the box' thinking.  

March 11, 2023 - Fish and Chip Supper
A quiz evening, with fish and chips, was held to raise funds for our project, 'Second Chance'.  


February 24, 2022 - Update

After two years of activities being dominated by the pandemic, we are now getting a much more normal feel to church life. We are able to welcome most friends back to services, while still respecting those who wish to continue to exercise caution.
